Expressions of Interest
RoamDome is currently seeking expressions of interest from potential investors regarding its offering of ordinary shares in the company. At this stage, we are not soliciting or accepting any financial commitments.
Investment Memorandum Access
We have prepared an Investment Memorandum (IM), which provides detailed information about our business model, growth strategy, and future plans. To ensure confidentiality and compliance with UK regulations, access to the IM requires the completion of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Please note that the IM has not been approved by any regulatory authority and is provided for informational purposes only.
Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) Advance Assurance
RoamDome has received Advance Assurance from HMRC under the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) (Ref: WMBC/I&R/40224 23199/VCRT). This ensures that qualifying investments may be eligible for EIS tax reliefs, subject to individual circumstances and compliance with EIS rules. We recommend that investors seek independent tax advice to confirm eligibility.
